This is a comment I posted on FB on October 27:
Right from the first frame, RA.ONE looks a G.ONE.R.
The film reminded me of B-grade sci-fi flicks (tacky special effects, corny dialogue, PLOT-holes, bad screenplay and screaming background score) churned out by Hollywood in the 1970s and 80s.
In comparison, ROBOT and KRISH stand out like masterpieces.
As for me, I am going to watch TERMINATOR 2 to charge myself back into a 'normal' frame of mind.
(I can't believe that a super smart mind like SRK fell into the trap of re-inventing himself as a superhero. I just hope he gets on to do interesting, out-of-the-box roles from now on.)
